THE CRY OF THE WORLD

THE PEOPLE'S FEAR BEHIND THE COVID 19

BY SAMSON AMANI

Corona virus (COVID-19), is one of the major topics discussed worldwide apart from politics and other events. It has affected many ever since its outbreak, which began in Wuban China and its cure is yet to be found.

People are greatly scared because of the killing pace and how the virus is transmitted from one infected person to the other within a blink of an eye. We can say that the Corona virus is just an airborne infection through how it is transmitted, though some of the theories have been seen to explain the origin of the  this global hazard.

The COVID-19 is transmitted via body contacts, coughing, and  sneezing, just like any other airborne disease such as Tuberculosis. This has posed great fear in the hearts of most people having negative thoughts to anyone who undergoes such signs, even if the person is not infected with the virus.

From the above believable signs and symptoms, many companies, businesses and other sectors are negatively impacted due to fear of the "Chinese-borne infection"
Many companies like the Corona beer company, have lost their target markets because of the name of it's product being confused with the virus.

Most market centres are now experiencing a decline in the number of customers for their goods mainly because, people are gearing from getting into contact with others during the shopping time. This has led the business people not meet their daily sales targets.

On the other hand, the whole world especially the football fans have been in a shock from the recent low number of spectators , who are going to support their teams. The playing grounds are  now holding less capacity, a situation which affects both the players for not having enough fans and the football club bosses, whose income from the tickets payed has reduced drastically.

Nevertheless, the transport sector  which plays an important role in generating foreign exchange in our country, also have affected by the rumours that the pandemic is surrounding the  country. This comes as a result of banning all flights to our country.

For now the whole world is crying, not for the HIV/AIDS nor the Cancer, but for this deadly virus that has put the whole world in a comma. The COVID-19 virus.

By Samson A. REPENT YOUR SINS!! How many have heard of the above message? How many have heard voices of the Men Of God preaching and teaching on the "End of Days? How many people have decided to surrender their lives to God? ✍️Much have been said, but here is the truth. Picture:Courtesy of Google  The servants of God have always been on duty, tirelessly preaching and spreading the Gospel to ensure that the Word of the Lord is shared and  reach every part  in the globe. But how many of us have paid attention  just to hear the word of God? "Repent your sins" has been one of the most ignored issues in humankind. Since all the nations have sinned against God, He reveals himself through many of the things that have been prophesized in the Holy Bible that, the people's faith will be shaken and experience hardship in life. Some of the things written in the Bible have been seen, marking the real end of days and the final judgement. For instance, wars agai...

THE RISE AND FALL OF CAMPUS LIFE

TURNING OVER NEW LEAF By, Psalmson Amani SHALOM ! My name is Psalmson and welcome to my EYESPOT blog channel. Today I just wanted to tell you about my autobiography as a University student. Here it goes. First of all my life in University have been so amazing, but also challenges have been always on my side, not to weaken my strengths and burrying my dreams, but to make me strong in seeking the hidden golden skills and experience in MASS COMMUNICATION program. It feels like it was yesterday, as I clearly remember when I travelled all the way from my matrimonial home to the city for the first time in my life. Dozens of questions lingered in my mind when my eyes came in contact to a huge billboard of the Technical University of Mombasa. But finally, a single answer satisfied my thousand questions____"I was turning over a new leaf of my life." A cool photo taken after a TV practical lesson in the  media lab My first week in University was too harsh to me as I rememb...
